Chemical Reaction Powered Car

Image
A reaction of baking soda and vinegar.

All things around us are made of tiny particles called molecules, which are made of atoms. When these atoms rearrange in some molecules, a chemical reaction has occurred. The goal in this experiment will be to use a chemical reaction to convert chemical energy into kinetic energy. Students will then design a car powered by the chemical reaction of baking soda and vinegar.
