College Connection

for SMILE Club Students

WHAT IS COLLEGE CONNECTION?

College Connection brings SMILE club students onto college campuses and builds a strong connection between the students and higher education. College students serve as mentors/coaches for the Challenge events, providing support and encouragement for the Challenge, as well as sharing their experiences as a college student. Students learn about careers they want to pursue and familiarize themselves with life on a college campus. Students go into classrooms and labs and learn about academic programs and meet college students and faculty. College Connection events are paired with engineering and ocean sciences challenges.
