What is Family Math & Science Night?
Family Math & Science Night is an open house-style event organized by SMILE club members for their families and the broader community. Typically it is held in the fall.
Older clubs members, their SMILE club teachers, and community partners, such as 4-H, organize hands-on STEM activities and informational displays relating to college readiness. For parents and guardians it's a time to learn about the club their child has joined, and for the older students, it's a time to exhibit leadership in the program.
