Science & Math Investigative Learning Experiences

In this lesson students will begin by learning what enzymes are, and their chemical functions in living tissue. Students will then learn the function of cellulase and its limitations, specifically time-dependence. Finally, students will learn how to produce sugars from non-traditional food sources.
