A finished Lego plane from standardized work. Students in this lesson will learn about different concepts pertaining to standardized work, and how to use standard operating procedures that benefit the system. Students will learn how cycle time, takt time and WIP inventory are used to identify labor imbalances, improvement from push to pill manufacturing, and help locate waste.
