Nature's FBI In this lesson students will learn about producers, consumers, and decomposers by exploring nurse logs and soil. They will learn about nature’s FBI (fungus, bacteria, and invertebrates) and add these organisms to their riparian zone model. Biology Elementary (4-5)
Nature's Notebook In this lesson students will conduct a field investigation on the Douglas fir and apply the scientific process. Biology, Ecology Elementary (4-5)

Ocean Acidification This lesson emphasizes balance between natural geologic processes and human activities affecting ocean seawater acidity, as measured by pH.
